Very lovable cheesecake that is a favorite of many foodies I know. I really like what I have tasted. It was very light and fluffy compare to typical New York style ones. It reminded me a lot of the Japanese cotton like cheesecake that I once loved as a child. Just a tiny little denser and richer. If that is your kind of cheesecake, reserve one already.
